We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior FP&A Analyst with strong financial analysis and reporting experience to support budgeting, reporting, and client finance operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working with financial data across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports by consolidating data from Procurement and HR teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness across ODA and IHPC accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports along with variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Act as the focal point to support timely invoicing for augmented staff, procurement support, and delivery assurance activities.
- Support client reporting activities and assist in responding to financial queries.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards to provide insights into financial performance and key business metrics. (Nice to have)
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements and variance analysis.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage reporting timelines.
- Prior experience in client-facing reporting environments is preferred.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
