Job Description
Prepare quality checklists and acceptance report templates in English, as well as all related documentation, for Loedige’s machines manufactured at our production companies or external suppliers.
Work closely with the Head of Quality Management in Germany to support them with various tasks:
- product complaints with manufacturing suppliers
- attending acceptance tests at manufacturing suppliers
- creating test methods, test instructions, test plans, and other quality-related documents
- archiving of those quality-related documents
- support in creating documents for quality management training
- support in maintaining the company’s intranet for areas under the responsibility of quality management
- support in timely processing of customer inquiries and questionnaires for quality management and occupational safety
- Other quality management related tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned
What you offer:
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Demonstrate a good understanding of manufacturing aspects including raw material, weld joints and coating
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Willing to travel to suppliers within China
