- Degree + 8 years Quality exp in Manufacturing industry
- Plastic Injection Molding / Metal Stamping / Die-casting (Prefer)
- Stable Employment Record / HK based job & occasional travel to China is required
Requirements
- At least 8years relevant experience in Manufacturing industry
- Experience in Plastic Injection Molding / Metal Stamping / Die-casting will be an advantage
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines
- Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and ERP / SAP system
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6-Sigma, Quality Tools and ISO Documentation, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5-Why and DOE, etc.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Quality Manager
Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily operations of the Quality Team in HK
- Work closely with cross function team to manage quality and reliability issues
- Follow up quality standard in order to achieve customer's requirements
- Reliability Engineering: Oversee life-cycle testing and failure analysis to ensure products meet durability standards
- System Management: Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Process Control: Use core tools like PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to monitor manufacturing stability
- Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis for customer complaints or internal defects using 8D, 5-Why, or Six Sigma methodologies. Make continuous improvement on quality standard
- Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits and supplier assessments to ensure compliance
- Reporting: Data analysis and prepare quality reports to the top management
- Make continuously improvement on quality and manufacturing processes
- Provide technical advice on all quality issue and trouble-shooting
