Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation, Software Engineering, or a related field, with solid R&D thinking, strong learning ability, and fundamental R&D literacy.
Familiarity with internet architecture, server fundamentals, or digital signal processing knowledge, with relevant R&D, course design, or internship experience; practical R&D experience is preferred.
Strong logical analysis capability to independently complete basic R&D and debugging tasks, assisting R&D personnel in advancing core development initiatives.
Proficiency in at least one programming language or algorithm tool, with good communication, collaboration, and execution skills. Passionate about R&D work and proactive in exploring new technologies and methods.
Meticulous and responsible, with strong accountability and a problem-solving mindset, capable of efficiently collaborating to complete various R&D tasks and promptly reporting technical issues encountered during R&D.
