Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Special Asset Management, SMECRM

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement account strategy for assigned problem accounts, primarily SMEs and commercial clients
• Manage litigation, collateral repossession and disposal
• Minimize credit loss and maximize recovery
• Handle the claims of SFGS
• Timely classify the problem loans to comply with the regulatory requirements.
• Support Team Head of SAM in MIS reporting and problem loan related policies and guidelines formation
• Handle administrative duties assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Minimum 5 years of problem loans management in reputable financial institutions
• Experiences with credit control and/or retail collection will be considered
• Have good understanding of company winding-up and individual bankruptcies
• Conversant with the HKMA’s requirements in loan classifications
• Strong communication and people management skills
