Role: Associate Business Process Analyst - UAE National

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex Power BI dashboards from ERP systems, databases, and Excel sources.
- Manage ETL processes and design data models to ensure data quality and actionable insights.
- Automate business processes from Excel into web portal forms using Power Automate.
- Benchmark data inputs into business logic and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Strong experience in Power BI, ETL processes, data modeling, and database management.
- Experience with front-end and back-end tools; financial background is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Power BI certification or similar.
- Experience with Tableau, Qlik, Python, or R.
- Strong communication skills and agile mindset.
