Role Description

We are seeking an Associate, Financial Strategy and Narrative, for a full-time, on-site position located in New York. This is not a public relations role. We help shape how companies and investors think, communicate, and position themselves across the full spectrum of modern channels—earned, owned, and emerging. Working with media is a small part of this role. The Associate will work directly with senior leadership on financiaL strategy, narrative, and content development for leading investors and companies. The Associate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing financial statements, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves preparing financial reports, developing communication materials, and collaborating with the team to align financial strategy with broader business objectives. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between financial data and effective storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of Financial Statements and ability to perform Financial Reporting tasks
  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills for presenting financial insights effectively
  • Proficiency with financial modeling and quantitative analysis
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in communications strategy or consulting roles is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success
