About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Associate Product Manager who is excited to grow their career at the intersection of AI, SaaS, telecom, and customer experience technology.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their product journey who wants real exposure to:

You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Leadership teams to help shape how our products are positioned, launched, understood, and adopted in the market.
Rather than owning a roadmap independently, you’ll focus on driving execution, enabling teams, supporting launches, translating technical concepts into customer value, and helping bring innovative products to life.
This role offers exceptional visibility, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to products used by thousands of businesses worldwide.
We strongly prefer candidates based in or willing to work from our Las Vegas office, though hybrid or remote arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates.
What You’ll Do
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Help craft compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions for AI, UCaaS, and CCaaS solutions
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused business value
- Maintain and evolve product messaging as solutions grow and mature
Go-to-Market Execution
- Support product and feature launches from planning through execution
- Build launch briefs, timelines, stakeholder communications, and release materials
- Create high-impact product marketing assets including:
- one-pagers
- pitch decks
- battlecards
- FAQs
- demo scripts
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Partner with Sales and Channel teams to identify enablement opportunities
- Create and maintain sales training materials and enablement resources
- Assist with onboarding and enablement sessions for internal teams and partners
Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct competitive and market research
- Help develop buyer personas, use cases, and customer journey insights
- Participate in customer and partner conversations to gather feedback and identify trends
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams
- Support launch readiness and product adoption initiatives
- Summarize customer and sales feedback to help inform product direction
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor the effectiveness of enablement materials and GTM assets
- Recommend improvements based on usage, feedback, and business impact
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, or related B2B SaaS/technology roles
- (internships and strong project experience considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create polished presentations, one-pagers, and customer-facing content
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Interest in AI, cloud communications, SaaS, customer experience technology, or telecom
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, or project management platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, AI products, or hospitality technology
- Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives or product launches
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments
