MongoDB’s Early Talent Recruiting Team is responsible for hiring our stellar summer interns and new graduates. As an Early Talent Recruiter, you will also support and own portions of the execution of our summer internship and new grad programs, ensuring that each and every early talent hire has an amazing experience at MongoDB.

This is a hybrid role based out of New York or remotely in the United States.

In this role, you will

Lead full-cycle recruitment for interns and new graduates across multiple departments, including strategic sourcing, resume screening, initial phone interviews, and delivering offers to top candidates

Oversee the planning and execution of the summer internship program, managing end-to-end logistics for events, coordinating high-impact speaker sessions, and cultivating strong relationships with interns to enhance retention and engagement

Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with universities and student organizations to enhance the company’s employer brand and talent pipeline, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement with key schools and organizations

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by creating a high-touch, personalized recruitment process, setting new standards for engagement and satisfaction throughout the talent acquisition journey

Drive the evolution and expansion of the company’s early talent programs, working cross-functionally to continuously improve initiatives, align them with business goals, and attract top-tier talent to meet future organizational needs

The right person for this role will

Have 3+ year working experience in early talent recruiting or a relevant function

Have exposure to the high volume and fast paced world of early talent

Be exceptionally organized and amazing time management skills

Familiarity with the entire Gsuite is beneficial

Proficiency working in Greenhouse ATS is preferred

Be willing to work flexible hours and travel if necessary

Adapt and excel in fast-paced environments

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:$48,000—$94,000 USD
