About the Role
The Investment professional will support the firm’s investment activities across private markets, including fund investments, co-investments, secondaries, and direct transactions. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities while contributing to portfolio construction and ongoing monitoring. This individual will play a key role in underwriting and diligence efforts, operating within a collaborative, high-performance environment. The position offers broad exposure across asset classes and the opportunity to develop a comprehensive investing skill set within a growing family office platform.
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investments across private equity, venture capital, and related strategies
- Conduct detailed investment analysis, including financial modeling, due diligence, and market research
- Assist in underwriting fund investments, co-investments, secondaries, and direct opportunities
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting materials for internal decision-making
- Monitor existing portfolio investments and track performance across asset classes
- Engage with external managers, sponsors, and counterparties to gather information and assess opportunities
- Contribute to portfolio construction and capital deployment planning
- Support ad hoc research and strategic initiatives across the investment platform
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, credit, institutional allocators (e.g., endowments, foundations, pensions), or a related investment role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Demonstrated interest in private markets investing across multiple asset classes
- Ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities and synthesize key insights efficiently
- Strong work ethic with willingness to operate in a lean, high-responsibility environment
- High intellectual curiosity, humility, and collaborative mindset
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
