A company is looking for an Associate Systems Engineer to support client environments and assist with implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform remote fixes at the desktop level, including software installation and system configuration
Provide first line service desk troubleshooting for basic level 1 and some level 2 issues in Mac OS and Windows environments
Maintain operational documentation and perform post-resolution follow-ups on help requests
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of experience in an MSP, service desk, or corporate IT environment as a technical support representative
Experience with Apple hardware, Mac OS, Google (G-Suite), Windows, and Office 365
Familiarity with cloud storage and remote connectivity solutions
College degree from an accredited four-year institution or relevant technical experience
Technical certifications such as A+ / Network+ or equivalent experience preferred
