Responsibilities

Data-driven Insights: Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and insights that enhances audit assurance.

Generative AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions, with a primary focus on applications utilizing Generative AI models and large language models (LLMs).

Prompt Engineering Expertise: Apply and refine advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize the performance, output quality, and utility of Gen AI models for various use cases.

Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes to test AI applications and refine techniques, iterating based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT audit teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deploy data analytics and AI solutions effectively.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and related AI technologies to identify new opportunities, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage

Experience in AI development. Proven track record of successfully delivering Gen AI/ AI projects is highly valued

Strong proficiency in Python is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to use Python for data analysis and building simple user interfaces

Good understanding of prompt engineering principles and best practices for interacting with and optimising large language models (LLMs)

Familiarity with foundational Machine Learning concepts and traditional AI models is beneficial

Experience with cloud platforms like GCP (e.g., Vertex AI, with specific mention of Gemini capabilities if applicable) is preferred

Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
