PLC/Automation Specialist

$90-100K annually

We are looking for a candidate with experience working with fluid/liquid processing systems.

Responsibilities

· Programming Automation and Controls Systems (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens)

· Develop and configure HMI’s

· Create and read logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation, testing and start up

· Develop and implement standard engineering practices

· Provide detailed documentation and electrical drawings upon completion of project

· Act as Technical Lead and assist with Project Management functions

· Conduct technical studies, equipment and systems performance audits and generate reports

· Test and commission systems at customer locations

Qualifications

· Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering

· 5 years of experience in similar role

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Leadership experience and ability to act as Technical Lead on projects

· Experience with Allen Bradley, Omron and/or Siemens PLC’s and HMI

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office) and AutoCAD capabilities

· Ability to travel to customer locations as required
