80K-$140K - BAS Programmer/Technician - San Francisco Bay Area About the Opportunity: A leading Building Automation contractor is seeking a skilled Programmer/Technician to support projects across the San Francisco Bay Area . This position features a blend of 80% field work and 20% remote or office work and is open to both Union and Non-Union professionals .

You’ll collaborate closely with seasoned programmers and integrators on service, retrofit, and installation initiatives.

Position Overview: Title: BAS Programmer/Technician

Union or Non-Union

Work Type: 80% Field / 20% Remote or Office

Compensation: $80,000-$140,000 (DOE) + Overtime

Support a mix of service, renovation, and ground‑up controls projects

Program DDC systems and assist with field startup and commissioning

Revise sequences of operation and troubleshoot controls issues

Create applications using existing libraries or fully custom logic

Independently manage field tasks, deliverables, and smaller project scopes

Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of experience programming Schneider Electric BAS/controls systems

Comfortable managing timelines, tasks, and customer expectations independently

Project & Client Scope: Client Types: Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Government, Hospitality, Airports, Stadiums

Project Types: Design-Build, Retrofits, Service

Primarily direct‑to‑owner project delivery
