Adasoft, a leading company in its field, is seeking to expand its team with an Industrial Automation Engineer to support projects in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Requirements
- We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Automation Engineering and/or Industrial Electronics, or a Master’s degree in Industrial Automation, with at least 2 years of experience in the automation field (PLC, SCADA, HMI, etc.).
- A valid driving license and own vehicle are required.
Preferred knowledge and experience:
- PLCs: Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
- PLCs: Schneider (PL7 and/or Unity)
- SCADA systems: Wonderware InTouch and iFIX
- PLCs: Rockwell / Allen-Bradley
- SCADA: WinCC
- Industrial communication systems (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, etc.) and field instrumentation (sensors, solenoid valves, electric motors, etc.)
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the selected candidate will join the technical team to support the execution, either full or partial , of various process automation projects for industrial clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and requirements, gathering initial design inputs
- Design and size installations
- Plan, organize, and manage each project, resolving technical issues and contributing to the improvement of internal production processes
- Coordinate project development at the client site, maintaining clear and effective communication with the client’s engineering teams
- Manage project documentation, including manuals, bills of materials, and technical files
