Job Duties:
- Building, testing, and deploying automation workflows using tools like Amazon Bedrock Flows, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, and related scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
- Supporting automation delivery projects, from design and implementation through to post-deployment support.
- Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Maintaining and improving reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Providing consultation on automation feasibility and solutioning for new use cases.
- Explore and apply AI-based technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive AI, Agentic AI) to enhance automation solutions.
Job Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- At least 1-3 years' experience in business process automation, software engineering or related fields. (Less experience will be also considered)
- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and acceptance testing, with the ability to design and validate automated workflows.
- Familiarity with test automation practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and quality assurance frameworks is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with RPA and workflow tools (UiPath, Power Automate, n8n, AWS Bedrock Flows).
- Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell).
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture, with experience integrating automation solutions into AWS-based infrastructure.
- Practical knowledge or experience applying AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive AI, Agentic AI) to automation use cases is a strong advantage.
