Compensation: $25 - $33 per hour

Your impact

• Reduce unplanned downtime across automated lines by owning preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.
• Partner on new project installations and line integrations to expand capacity and capability.
• Uphold food safety programs (GMP, SQF/HACCP) and maintain rigorous safety practices in a wash-down environment.

Core responsibilities

• Service and repair industrial food processing, cooking, chilling, and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in a fast-moving production setting.
• Work with PLC-controlled systems; Allen Bradley experience is a major advantage.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial refrigeration and thermal processing systems (ovens, cookers) and supporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced maintenance team and support personnel to keep the plant performing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.
• Ability to work independently, quickly absorb site-specific processes, and contribute as a solid mid- to senior-level technician.
