Hi Everyone,

An established international bank is looking for a Information Security Officer to build up their Technology Risk Management Team as part of their growth and expansion plan. This individual will work closely with first line of defence and engage in security control validation to ensure technical procedures are in compliance to regulatory requirement.

Your new role

• Perform gap assessment against regulatory technology risk and cybersecurity requirements, monitor for changes or updates to the respective regulatory requirements, suggest recommendations, continuous improvement to the technology risk and cybersecurity framework when necessary
• Represent TRM team, work closely with respective stakeholder (mainly 1st line of defence) to oversight incident root causes analysis and ensure it is remediated correctly
• Assist crafting of technology related policies by contributing the technical and security aspect to compliance with regulatory and bank requirements
• Engage in controls validation and planning to ensure technical procedures are in compliance to regulatory requirement.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Technology Risk Management
• Experienced in Line 1.5 & Line 2.0 – Assessing and reviewing controls | Candidates with Line 1.0 experience are welcome to apply
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and associated security controls
