📍 Location: Riberia, NM (In-Home)

🕒 Schedule Options:

• Monday & Tuesday OR 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (10 hrs/week)

• Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (10 hrs/week)

🌱 YOUR ROLE: CHANGING LIVES, ONE SESSION AT A TIME

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you’ll work closely with a BCBA to provide personalized, one-on-one care in a child’s home:

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy

• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills

• Track progress through data collection

• Participate in ongoing supervision and team collaboration

❤️ WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• Experience working with children (preferred)

• Passion for helping children with special needs succeed

• Reliable transportation

• CPR certification (preferred)

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain, we’ll help with PAID training!)

💪 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor

• Ability to actively engage and play with children
