We’re hiring for a fast-growing London marketing and media agency of 85+ people, working with major global brands and competing successfully against much larger networks.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on BI, data analysis or data engineering experience
- Advanced SQL and Google BigQuery skills, including query optimisation
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in Data Studio and/or Tableau
- Good knowledge of marketing and advertising data, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, web analytics or CRM
- Someone who can understand what teams need to know and build the reporting, insight and recommendations to support better decisions
- Confidence working with non-technical stakeholders across account, media and strategy teams
This is a hands-on role owning and improving an established marketing data stack, with a focus on BigQuery and Data Studio.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building, improving and monitoring SQL-based data pipelines in BigQuery
- Bringing together data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Siebel, GA4 and other marketing sources
- Creating practical data models that make reporting easier, faster and more consistent
- Building dashboards and reports for campaign performance, client reporting and internal KPIs
- Creating reusable reporting templates, standardised views and data products
- Producing insight around attribution, funnels, cohorts, budget pacing and forecasting
- Helping account, media and strategy teams spot trends, risks and opportunities
- Working with Data and Ad Ops teams to support accurate data collection, tagging and integration
- Improving data quality, documentation, reporting standards and governance
Experience with Python, APIs, Supermetrics, custom scripts, connectors or ETL tools would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
