Job Description
We are looking for a talented BI Engineer with a Supply Chain background, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience across the full BI and data engineering lifecycle to support the delivery of next-generation Supply Chain Data Products. This role sits within our Digital Technology (DT) organization and covers the end-to-end spectrum of BI engineering — from requirement gathering and data modelling through ETL pipeline development to the delivery of trusted dashboards and reports — working across Azure, Azure DevOps, Databricks, Tableau and Power BI.
Requirements
- Years of related professional experience: Minimum 5 years.
- Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees in related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively and influence across several stakeholder groups.
- Business acumen preferably developed as part of a Supply Chain business domain.
- Hands-on experience building BI solutions end-to-end: requirement gathering, data modelling, ETL development and dashboard delivery in a professional setting.
- Proficiency with the analytics tech stack: Azure (cloud platform), Azure DevOps (ADO) for task and pipeline management, Databricks for data engineering and exploration, Tableau Prep KNIME for ETL, and Tableau and Power BI for visualisation.
- Experience in dimensional data modelling (star schemas) and building semantic layers that support self-service analytics.
- Practical experience with ETL/ELT tooling — Tableau Prep, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent — to build and maintain data transformation pipelines.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
