Publishers Clearing House (PCH) operates across advertising, ecommerce, and membership revenue streams. Clear, reliable analytics are foundational to informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
We are hiring a BI Lead to own analytics infrastructure and reporting across advertising and ecommerce. This role is accountable for building a single source of truth for performance, supporting financial reconciliation, and enabling data-driven decisions across teams.
What You’ll Own
Reporting & Dashboards
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker
- Standardize KPI definitions across teams
- Provide executive level performance reporting
Ads & Revenue Reconciliation
- Ensure partner revenue reporting matches finance data
- Identify discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies
- Monitor revenue volatility and performance shifts
Ecommerce & LTV Modeling
- Develop CAC/LTV visibility
- Cohort retention tracking
- Support forecasting and budgeting
Data Governance
- Improve metric clarity and documentation
- Maintain reporting reliability
- Support cross functional analytical needs
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Clean, standardized KPI framework
- Reliable revenue reconciliation processes
- Improved reporting transparency
Required Experience
- 5–8+ years in BI or analytics roles
- Experience with ecommerce and advertising metrics
- Experience with Looker, BigQuery, or similar tools
This Role Is Not
- A purely technical data engineering role
- A passive reporting function
- A marketing analytics only position
