Job Overview

Join our team as a BI Reporting Analyst III focused on Salesforce data reporting, dashboard development, and insight generation. This role supports our mid-market sales platform by helping stakeholders understand pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and opportunity data using Salesforce and Tableau. Open to remote candidates, with preference for Central Time zone.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize Salesforce dashboards for business teams

• Build ad hoc reports and automate insight delivery

• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and develop documentation

• Train users and support reporting self-service

• Track sales conversion, coverage, and trends

Required Skills

• Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation

• CRM Analytics or Analytics Studio

• SQL (Advanced)

• Tableau experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Salesforce BI or Sales Ops roles

• 2+ years building Salesforce dashboards

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Forecasting and pipeline analysis experience a plus
