Big Data Development Senior Engineer

Business Unit Corporate Development Group (CDG) as the platform for the company's new business incubation and new business exploration, CDG is responsible for promoting development and innovation for important areas such as financial technology and advertising, as well as marketing services, including payment and financial applications. As a professional support platform, CDG also supports the company and various business groups in strategic planning, investments and mergers, investor relations and corporate global communications, marketing and public relations, and more. What the Role Entails Be responsible for the construction and maintenance of data reports for overseas developers and the establishment of overseas advertising data indicators Take charge of the development of the data flow of the overseas advertising system and the maintenance of the data system Conduct data analysis of overseas advertising and gain insights into user data, identify areas for business optimization from the data, and provide operation improvement suggestions for the business Who We Look For Bachelor's degree in computer science or related majors, with more than 10 years of data development experience Proficient in big data processing systems, familiar with big data technologies and distributed computing, such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Clickhouse, etc Strong coding ability, familiar with at least one programming language, such as Scala, C++, Go, or Java Prior experience with data development experience in advertising, recommendation, and search are preferred Be proactive, have strong work enthusiasm, stress resistance, and communication skills, as well as good learning ability and problem analysis and solving skills Fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and HQ-based teams Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent As an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
