Location: Phoenix, AZ | On-site (Office & Construction Sites); Full -Time

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support QA/QC activities on construction projects, including semiconductor facility environments. This role is responsible for ensuring that all work performed on-site meets project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements through inspections, documentation, and coordination with project teams.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

· Participate in QA certification programs and required training sessions

· Monitor, track, and report quality issues; prepare and submit daily and weekly reports

· Compile, review, and maintain testing and inspection documentation in a timely manner

· Execute QA/QC inspection processes in accordance with established procedures, standards, and methodologies

· Perform field inspections to verify work complies with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards

· Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues

· Identify non-conformances (NCRs) and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

· Ensure proper documentation control, including inspection records, test reports, and turnover packages

· Support material inspections and verify compliance with approved submittals

· Operate inspection instruments and equipment following company guidelines

· Support site activities as needed, including travel and participation in company-assigned training programs

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Willingness to wear cleanroom (gowning) attire on an occasional, as-needed basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with semiconductor “Hook-Up” projects is a plus
