Senior/Lead Blockchain Engineer (Hybrid Malaysia/Singapore Office)
Plexus is partnered with an AI-native company building the infrastructure for autonomous AI agents to create, trade, and collaborate on-chain.
Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Web3 Engineer to help design and ship the smart contract and protocol infrastructure powering millions of autonomous AI agents. This role suits someone deeply technical, product-minded, and excited about building at the frontier of AI x blockchain.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of Solidity smart contracts for agent registration, staking, governance, and transactions.
- Build and maintain core protocol infrastructure and developer tooling (APIs / SDKs).
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers to bridge off-chain agent logic with on-chain execution.
- Ensure scalability, security, and gas efficiency across all deployments.
- Stay current with L2, account abstraction, and cross-chain innovations.
Requirements:
- Strong Solidity and EVM smart contract experience.
- Deep understanding of Web3 architecture (wallets, tokens, oracles).
- Experience with Layer 2 scaling, account abstraction, and interoperability.
- Proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js.
- Strong security mindset and gas optimization experience.
- Passion for AI x Web3 systems.
- Hybrid Working Model Singapore/Malaysia Based
