Dynamite Recruitment are working with a fast growing, forward thinking energy and building services specialist delivering innovative BMS solutions to a portfolio of blue chip retail giants!

Due to continued expansion, they’re looking to appoint an experienced BMS (Building Management Systems) Commissioning Engineer to join their high performing team.

This role offers more than standard commissioning work - you’ll be joining a company that’s pushing beyond traditional BMS approaches, driving innovation, and building a forward thinking engineering team for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Commission and validate BMS systems in line with specifications and design intent
• Carry out point to point checks, functional testing, and performance validation
• Diagnose and resolve faults across controls, networks, and plant systems
• Modify and develop BMS software and graphics
• Integrate third party systems via BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus
• Support client demonstrations, witnessing, and project handovers
• Produce commissioning documentation, reports, and technical updates
• Conduct audits, surveys, and provide recommendations for optimisation
