Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all electrical works comply with:Project specificationsIndustry standardsRegulatory requirements

• Conduct inspections and witness testing activities

• Maintain accurate records of:Test resultsCommissioning reportsAs-built documentation

• Support audits and client inspections

Stakeholder & Site Coordination

• Act as the electrical focal point on site for installation and commissioning matters

• Coordinate with:Construction teamsCommissioning teamsQA/QC and HSE teamsClient and consultants

• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues

Safety & Risk Management

• Ensure all electrical activities are carried out in compliance with HSE standards

• Implement and enforce LOTO procedures during testing and energisation

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with electrical works

• Promote a strong safety culture on site

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in electrical installation and commissioning within power projects

• Strong hands-on experience with: LV/MV/HV switchgearPower transformers

• Experience in: Testing & commissioning proceduresProtection relay testing and configuration

• Familiarity with tools such as: PCM600 / DIGSI / MiCOM or equivalent

• Ability to read and interpret:Single Line Diagrams (SLD)Protection schematicsElectrical layouts

• Experience working on site-based power or substation projects

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to represent the company on-site
