Job Description Summary:
We're looking for a hands-on Bond Process Engineer to join the MEMS Tools & Logistics team, specializing in manual wafer processing within defense and aerospace applications.
In this role you'll partner closely with engineers to develop and refine bonding processes, not just run production. You'll bring expertise in one or more bond types, such as: Anodic, Hybrid, Metal, Polymer bonds, and have experience diagnosing and resolving bond failures and performance issues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$62,500.00 - $125,000.00
