At nowTV, you’ll work with cutting‑edge broadcast technologies and support daily operations to ensure smooth on‑air delivery and reliable system performance across our premium sports, entertainment and news channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support during live broadcasts and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain and operate broadcast systems (playout, encoding, studio equipment).
- Support installation, testing, and upgrades of broadcast technologies.
- Monitor signal quality and system performance.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams on technical matters.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system updates.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Engineering, Media/IT, or related fields.
- Experience in broadcast engineering, ideally within a TV station environment.
- Knowledge of video/audio workflows, signal encoding, and digital broadcasting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills under live‑operation pressure.
- Familiarity with IP-based, cloud, or OTT broadcast technologies is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of IT networking and cybersecurity basics.
- Willing to work shifts, including overnights.
