A company is looking for a BSA / AML Risk Analyst II to support compliance programs and assess adherence to regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct compliance oversight reviews and evaluate internal controls for business lines and third parties
Serve as a subject matter resource to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards
Partner with business lines to implement AML initiatives and provide ongoing advisory support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
2-4 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or financial-crime roles with knowledge of BSA / AML / CFT and OFAC requirements
Familiarity with banking products and services
Experience in a second line of defense function within a bank, fintech, or payments environment is preferred
Relevant certification (e.g., CAMS) or progress toward certification is a plus
