Role : BSA / Product Manager for ICX (Integrated Customer Experience)

Job Description:
- Hands-on Product Manager for contact center (calls, chat, email)
- Focus: incident & service management + delivery ownership
- Manage backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization
- Strong Jira usage (clean tracking & workflows)
- Work with Engineering, Architecture & Business teams
- Experience with CCaaS tools like Amazon Connect / Genesys / LivePerson
- Fast-paced role – quick ramp-up, minimal guidance
- Strong decision-making using data (impact vs effort)
