Building Automation Project Manager (BAS)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established mechanical contractor delivering complex HVAC and building automation projects across biotech, advanced technology, and large commercial facilities in the Bay Area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage BAS / HVAC controls projects from kickoff through turnover
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial tracking
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and equipment procurement
• Lead construction meetings and client communication
• Monitor installation progress, change orders, and project quality / safety

What They’re Looking For

• Experience supporting building automation, controls, or mechanical construction projects
• Familiarity with design-build or technically complex facility environments
• Ability to coordinate with field teams and manage multiple priorities
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a construction setting

This is a unique opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while gaining greater ownership of project delivery, financial performance, and client coordination.

You will support projects from early planning through installation, commissioning, and closeout, working closely with field teams and leadership to ensure successful execution.
