- 3+ years of software production experience in business analysis
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT engineering, etc
- Experience in Smart Park or Intelligent Building system
Responsibilities
- Close communication with clients to collect and analyze their requirements.
- Software product design, including feature sorting, prototype design, interaction design, business process design and produce related design documents.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that developers understand the design requirements.
- Conduct acceptance checks on the delivered outcomes to confirm that the delivered content meets the design requirements.
- Provide user training and collect user feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of software production experience in business analysis
- Experience in Smart Park or Intelligent Building system
- Familiarity with design software such as Axure and MockingBot (Modao)
- Knowledge of software design, development and testing
- Strong skills of communication and documents writinng
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese for speaking and writing.
- PMP or ACP certification is a plus
