Job Description
- Partner with divisional coordinators to identify and document Business Managed Technology (BMT).
- Build and maintain a complete BMT inventory covering systems, owners and vendors.
- Engage Procurement and Finance teams to review procurement and maintenance records.
- Collect, validate and reconcile data to ensure inventory accuracy and completeness.
- Understand business requirements related to BMT usage and ownership.
- Conduct risk assessments aligned with ERM Policy and Technology Risk Management Framework.
- Identify, assess and document risks associated with BMT systems.
- Review existing security controls and highlight control gaps or weaknesses.
- Prepare clear documentation and reports for governance and risk review.
The Successful Applicant
- Around 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Solid experience in technology inventory, governance or risk-related initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ERM, TRMF or comparable risk management frameworks.
- Exposure to security controls, risk assessment and control gap analysis.
- Proven ability to work with Procurement, Finance and business stakeholders.
- Strong data collection, validation and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
