The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering user requirements, assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in finance systems or finance-related projects
• Experience in business process mapping and improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and gather requirements
• Collect, analyze, and document business needs in specifications
• Review IT documentation to ensure alignment between business users and IT teams
• Perform UAT to support project implementation
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute process enhancements
• Track and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions
