We’re supporting a global insurer looking to introduce a scalable BA-as-a-Service capability to strengthen early-stage delivery, improve requirement quality, and reduce downstream engineering risk.

This is a high-impact role focused on bridging the gap between business intent and technical execution.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead structured discovery, define clear and actionable requirements, and embed best-practice BA frameworks across multiple initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams, you’ll bring clarity, consistency, and traceability to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery sessions to translate concepts into validated, detailed requirements

Produce use cases, process flows, and structured BA artefacts

Ensure end-to-end traceability from business objectives to delivery

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams

Qualifications:

Strong Business Analyst experience within data or technology environments

Proven track record in structured analysis, documentation, and stakeholder alignment

Experience working across complex transformation programmes

Clear communicator with the ability to challenge, shape, and clarify requirements
