Partnering with a Leading Financial Services Organization, we are seeking Business Analysts, Data Product/Asset (1-Year Contract, Rolling/Perm) for their Data and AI Transformation Programme to improve their customer experience and service.
Responsibilities
- Work with business and customer servicing teams to understand customer journeys and pain points.
- Help define and improve data products and data assets related to customer and servicing data.
- Translate and visualize business needs into clear data insights and reporting requirements, with PowerBI Dashboards or KPI Metrics.
- Support initiatives to improve customer experience management through better use of data.
- Work with data and technology teams to ensure data is accurate, usable, and fit for business needs.
- Identify data gaps or issues that may impact customer experience and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on data, reporting, or analytics initiatives, Consulting Background is highly preferred
- Strong exposure to defining data objects, data categories and delivering insights.
- Experience working with customer/ servicing/operation data across Financial Services Industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and technical teams.
