岗位职责:
The onsite Business Analyst – Equity Research Product Management & Process Automation will support a bulge-bracket investment bank's APAC Equity Research Product Management Team.
The APAC Equity Research Product Management (PM) team is seeking a dynamic, curious, and technically strong individual to support our team and enhance the way it operates. This is a hands on role working across APAC Research to streamline workflows, manage the Investment Recommendation Committee (IRC) intake process, and design new tools and processes that increase efficiency, transparency, and commercial impact.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and technologically fluent, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and build automated solutions that meaningfully improve day to day execution. They should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with analysts and stakeholders with a wide range of seniority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as main operational point of contact for analysts, sales, compliance, and Research stakeholders in APAC.
- Understand Research standards and commercial objectives and help monitor both quality and risk.
- Identify bottlenecks across the Research operational chain and independently propose solutions.
- Triage the daily IRC submission flow, including prioritizing urgent notes, assigning reviewers, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow ups.
- Own and maintain PM operational workflows (morning meeting line up, daily notes, expert approvals, disclosure checks, publication releases, etc.).
- Automate existing manual processes using programming skills (Python, VBA, SQL, Power BI, SharePoint or equivalent).
- Build lightweight internal tools/dashboards to track workflows, SLAs, publication stats, and Research distribution metrics.

- Strong inter-personal skills.
- Programming skills, comfort working with data: SQL, Excel, APIs and automation frameworks.
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) or workflow tools (SharePoint, PowerApps).
- Intellectually curious with the ability to independently solve problems.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, time sensitive environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills (in English).
- Experience in financial services, ideally in Research, Product Management, or investment related workflows.
- Familiarity with research publishing systems, CRM tools, IRC processes, or compliance frameworks.
- Understanding of equity research content, analyst workflows, and client consumption patterns.
