Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Finance, Banking, or Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver effective financial and regulatory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/FRD)
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Technology stakeholders
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives
- Perform data analysis and identify process improvements
- Create process flows, RTM, and functional documentation
- Support UAT, testing, and implementation activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Finance, Banking, or Capital Markets
- Expertise in Business Analysis documentation (BRD, FRD, RTM)
- Experience with SQL and data analysis
- Knowledge of financial processes and regulatory reporting
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Risk, Compliance, or GRC
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and financial instruments
