Job Description
What the role is?
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
Prepare and validate detailed documentation, including user requirement specifications and user stories.
Collaborate closely with IT teams and end-users to design and review proposed solutions.
Lead and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including test plan creation, test case execution, and defect analysis.
Act as a key liaison between business users, IT, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the Project Manager in tracking tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines, and reporting progress.
Provide end-user support and training post-implementation to ensure effective solution adoption.
What we look for?
Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience in the life insurance industry.
Solid experience in business analysis, project planning, and execution.
Strong understanding of insurance products, operations workflows, and insurance systems architecture.
Proven experience in UAT execution and end-to-end project delivery.
Familiar with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools like JIRA.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
