This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company in Financial Services. The successful applicant will work as part of the Public Markets Product Management team, where you play a pivotal role in shaping the brilliance of our products. Be the driving force behind ensuring our cutting-edge solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations, setting new benchmarks for usability, security and performance.
- *Core Responsibilities**:
- Gather and define business requirements from multiple stakeholders for development and implementation.
- Manage test activities, identify issues, and follow through to resolution
- Escalation of delays and prompt communication of any emerging risks and challenges.
- Creation of user training manuals and supporting documentation
- Support senior leadership with driving department initiatives and projects.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, third parties, as well as with other business groups across MUFG.
- Identify areas of high risk and regular issues and assist to improve controls and processes in place to mitigate risk.
- Participate in multiple system initiatives and projects and contribute to idea generation for future process or technological improvements. Expected to participate on both a local and global level.
- Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above.

- *Qualifications**
- University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Math, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Creativity in exploring solutions to improve daily operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Products
- Passion to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Proven investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in the investment fund services is preferred.
- Experience working with banking and investment fund services systems like Geneva, ManTra and Investran is preferred.
