Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Asset Management / Investment Management and exposure to Fintech SaaS products. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define, analyze, and deliver scalable financial technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Managers/Product Owners to align business goals with product roadmaps.
- Analyze workflows in Asset Management / Wealth Management domains and recommend improvements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements and support UAT activities.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
- Perform data analysis and validate outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong domain knowledge in Asset Management, Investment Management, or Wealth Management.
- Experience working in Fintech or Financial Services SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
