Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner

Hands-on experience with Agentforce (mandatory)

Strong Agile/Scrum experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements

Manage product backlog and user stories

Work closely with stakeholders and development teams

Support Agile ceremonies and product delivery
