Business Analyst (Product Owner / Government Sector)

Job Description:

We are looking for a product-driven individual to own the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions. You will define product features, prioritise initiatives, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri

• Working Location: One-North

• Job Type: 12 months

• Salary Package: Up to $8,800 (basic)+ AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements

• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality features

• Analyse user needs and data to drive product decisions

• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder demos

• Monitor product performance and continuously improve user experience

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience in digital products, platforms, or system implementations

• Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
