Responsibilities
- Provide analytic support to the team in compilation of MIS reports, target marketing programs, business result monitoring and post-campaign evaluation analysis on customer segments, credit cards, loans and wealth business
- Implement test & learn approach for analytic marketing, identify insights and area of improvement in collaboration with product managers
- Develop data infrastructure to facilitate analytic applications and process re-engineering for retail banking business
- Ensure daily operation is in compliance with policies, rules, guidelines and requirements prescribed by the Bank and regulators
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably major in statistics, quantitative business and data science
- Preferable over 5 years’ working experience in banking industry, with minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics
- Solid experience in handling massive data from multiple sources
- Proficiency with programming languages and data analytical tools eg. Python, SAS and Tableau
- Knowledge in AI-related application and CRM projects
- Proven understanding of business dynamics and result-orientated with good time management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
