Job Description

Job Responsibilities;

  • Manage detailed project budgets, track expenditures, and perform variance analysis to prevent cost overruns.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet defined business objectives.
  • Identify potential financial and operational bottlenecks and implement contingency plans.
  • Managing project contracts, project lifecycle on budgetary control, ROI analysis, risk mitigation, generate KPIs and prepare reports to measure project success.
  • Review internal workflows and facilitate communication between several departments to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • May perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements;

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, specifically within a corporate finance or business operations environment.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, mentoring skills and good communication skills to manage high-performing teams.
  • Require to handle both English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and business development activities.
