Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Data Analyst to support strategic initiatives through performance reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven business analysis. This role is responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support business planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking, scorecards, and performance reporting
- Build dashboards and status summaries to provide visibility to leadership
- Deliver actionable insights to support business planning and strategic decisions
- Develop business cases, including forecasting, budgeting, and economic analysis
- Support strategic initiatives through planning, tracking, and coordination
- Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced data analysis and performance reporting capabilities
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial analysis and forecasting
- Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams in parallel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
Qualifications
- 510 years of relevant experience in business/data analysis or project management
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 25 years of applicable business or project management experience, or 610 years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project)
- Experience with Power BI and Power Apps preferred
