Description
- Analyse and manage end-to-end data flow and perform detailed data mapping.
- Ensure smooth system integration between a new vendor solution and upstream/downstream in‑house systems.
- Work closely with internal development teams and external vendors to deliver a unified and seamless solution.
- Drive discussions proactively, aligning development teams and business stakeholders throughout the project.
- Act as the key bridge between business users, development teams, architects, and external vendors.
- Facilitate discussions to align expectations, clarify requirements, and ensure all parties are informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
- A degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in the Insurance industry or Analytics department is advantageous.
