Business Data Analyst (Junior)

SUMMARY

As a Junior Business Data Analyst you will support data preparation, reporting, and insight generation to inform business strategy. You will work closely with product and operations teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks and deliver actionable recommendations. Responsibilities

· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including expense tracking and revenue summaries

· Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel

· Assist business teams in making data-driven decisions by providing clear and concise insights

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, operations) to understand data requirements

· Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports and dashboards

· Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and assumptions for transparency

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including expense tracking and revenue summaries
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, IT, Economics, or related field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Basic knowledge of databases

· Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills

· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
